Mode of Action: Alpha-cypermethrin is a kind of pyrethroid insecticide with high biological activity, which has the effects of contact and stomach toxicity. It is a kind of nerve axon agent, can cause insects extreme excitement, convulsion, paralysis, and produce neurotoxin, which can eventually lead to the complete blocking of nerve conduction, but also can cause other cells outside the nervous system to produce lesions and death. It is used to control cabbage and cabbage insects.

Application
Alpha-cypermethrin can control of a wide range of chewing and sucking insects (particularly Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Hemiptera) in fruit (including citrus), vegetables, vines, cereals, maize, beet, oilseed rape, potatoes, cotton, rice, soya beans, forestry, and other crops; applied at 10-15 g/ha. Control of cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, and other insect pests in public health; and flies in animal houses. Also used as an animal ectoparasiticide.
